MJ0.6 (born Muiz Jimoh, August 8, 2003) is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer from Chicago, Illinois.[^c1] He grew up on the West Side of Chicago, and his music draws on his experiences surviving a violent upbringing, addressing themes of peace, equality, loss, and the painful realities of street life.[^c2]

He began releasing music in 2020 and taught himself production during the COVID-19 pandemic after being unable to afford studio time.[^c3] Operating independently under his own label, 06 Members INC, he amassed over half a million streams in his first year as an artist.[^c5] His breakthrough came with the 2022 singles "Amnesia" and "Summer Vibes," the latter of which marked a financial turning point that enabled him to pursue music full-time.[^c4] After releasing "Young N Turnt" in 2023 and a subsequent two-year hiatus, he returned in February 2025 with the single "Armed & Dangerous."[^c7] With at least ten commercially distributed singles across his career, his discography consists entirely of independent releases with no studio albums to date.
